This program promotes self-love and self-care routines that allow you to have more time and energy at the end of the day.
The Mindful Path to Living is 4 weeks long and includes weekly coaching calls, a workbook with essential tools, tips, guides to your mindful path, community support, and a personalized gift from me along with my support and guidance.

The program will begin on March 29th and will last for 4 weeks.
